I dont know if any of you have this where you live, but here in AZ on channel 27 (no cable) theres a 2am TV show showcasing classic horror B-Movies sortof like Elvira called Macabre Theatre. It's your typical deal with the corseted hotchick as the host who interjects bad jokes here and there. The problem I have with the show is there's hardly any movie. I stayed up until 2am on Saturday to see "the Snake People" starring Boris Karloff. I saw about 20 minutes of the flick after about an hour of watching. Instead of showing the damn movie I was subjected to this tarts endless bad jokes before and after commercials. Sometimes they wouldnt even show the movie between commercial breaks. Just this woman going "ghoul" this and "coffin" that. I wanted to scream "Look you freakin tart I think the 14 year olds are probably finished by now so can I see the damn movie!" Eventually I gave up and went to bed. I love Karloff but not enough to be subjected to that. I'm sure he understands.

She was cute but no Elvira. The belly dancer in Snake People did more for me. Maybe thats why I was so upset. : )
