It's not generally a good thing when the topic of discussion at the dinner table is the food your eating.

Is there also a product out in Japan that looks exactly like a human brain?  I don't remember what it's called but it's a brain in a jar.  And people eat it.  (Of course they're not really human brains.)  I guess if HANNIBAL made your mouth water. . .

There's also a Mexican restaurant near my house that serves brain tacos.  Never ordered one, though.
