what super heroes powers would you want. I would like to have Psychic Powers but more like JOhnny from the Dead Zone (touch people and see their secrets). That or maybe Iceman's power (ice creation-duh)I have an Iceman comic with what I thought was an awesome cover.

I already have a superpower, the same one as The Spleen character in Mystery Men. And you don't even have to pull my finger!

The power to freely wield and command electricity has been a dream of mine since I was a boy.

I also think having Reed Richards from the Fantastic 4's ability to stretch himself would totally kick ass!
It would work well with the women I take to bed with me.
Hehe!

I always thought Daredevil's ability to hear heartbeats jump when people lied was the shiznit - I'd like to have that, every salesperson at my job probably has their pulses jumping all day long!

While on a journey, Chuang Tzu found an old skull, dry and parched.
With sorrow, he questioned and lamented the end of all things.
When he finished speaking, he dragged the skull over and, using it for a pillow, lay down to sleep.
In the night, the skull came to his dreams and said, 'You are a fool to rejoice in the entanglements of life.'
Chuang Tzu couldn`t believe this and asked, 'If I could return you to your life, you would want that, wouldn`t you?'
Stunned by Chuang Tzu`s foolishness, the skull replied, 'How do you know that it is bad to be dead?'

I don't know why this question is directed at superHERO powers... I'd prefer Magneto's power myself. Yep, that's right. Magneto... the superVILLAIN. And hell, since everyone here seems to be using their powers for good, I guess I'd use mine for evil. You've all got to fight somebody. :)

Not to veer WAY off course here, but I wanted to clear this up.

I haven't seen the movie in such a long time, so I'm not sure... but is that a "Labyrinth" reference, Fearless Freep?

"You remind me of the babe."
"What babe?"
"The babe with the power."
"What power?"
"The power of voodoo."
"Who do?"
"You do."
"Do what?"
"Remind me of the babe."

Me and my little brother had fun saying this over and over.  It's funnier if the person asking the questions slowly gets more exasperated and angry as the conversation progresses.

Anyway, my favorite superhero power was one of the villains of the Brotherhood of Dada from Grant Morrison's genius Doom Patrol.  The Quiz.  She had every superpower you haven't thought of.

As for superpowers I wished I had, I've always been keen on a super sense of smell.  Just imagine how much information you could extract out of everday environments if you could smell things so minutely.  I know it sounds lame, but it would be incredibly useful.

I think it would be awesome to have Storms powers.  You would never have to worry about a vacation getting rained out, or you r house getting blown away in a storm.

I've always hated Punisher for that reason. I find it hard to believe he could mop the floor with ANY superhero... especially when the odds are stacked against him.

The power to fly.  No more getting stuck in traffic jams, or dealing with airlines.  Not to mention that it'd be awesome on dates.
