Help need to identify bad film

Okay, I saw this film when I was ten. Over ten years ago.

I can't remember the name though. It was a phantasy film that had a similar look and plot to "Hawk the Slayer." But it was even worse.

The one character that stuck out in my mind was a guy dressed up like a white chewbacca, the costume was really bad (hanging on, zips showing). He was like a child minder for this young kid who's princess sister had been kidnapped by an evil persian wizard type.

And there was a guy who looked like Rutger Hauer (hero) and he killed a bunch of midgit ninja's just by pushing them over. Imagine smaller versions of the putties from power rangers.

Sorry if these descriptions are crap. But any help naming the film would be greatly appreacieted.
