Kill Bill 2 comes next tuesday but I have an early review so, ha!
Story
The Bride sets out to finish her revenge against five assassins who screwed with her happiness. We also get some back story about Bill, the Bride including they admit her name even though you could see it clearly on the bride's airplane ticket in the first one, and a little of Elle.
DVD Features
We have another making of featurette with Quint wearing a shiry with what appears to be a Matt Groening style of him. There are two songs done live in concert with the band Chingo by Robert Rodriguez. We also have a deleted scene in where we watch Bill kill a black guy and a chinese gang. The clip was in the trailer but was cut from the film for good reasons.
Review
The movie was good in fact better than the sequel. The thing that improved this film was the character's backstory. The training sequence for the Bride was great. Micheal Madsen appears in the film as Budd, Bill's brother, he does a great job acting and talking here. The second one can stand alone from it's previous volume. My problems with the film is that I flet kinda empty like in the first one. I've read the screenplay it was actually alot better than the end result. That plus the facts is that there are suppsoe to be like 5 more dvd versions (special, collectors, two back, Christmas milking) who needs so much on one film. So probably save up your money and just rent the film till something really juicy comes around.
