Where are some good film fests?  There are hardly any around my area, with the exception of the Nevermore fest here in NC.

So, what are some of the better film fests?  Which ones have you attended?  Which ones are worth seeking out?

well the Cannes film festival of course (being totally sarcastic-nuke Cannes). anyways you might want to check with your local universities and see if they have any student film festivals, there's always a lot of grass roots stuff going on there. also a lot of art house theatres in my home town offer local indie film festivals with more established filmmakers.

best of luck!

Bouncer,

Yeah, I just read about FrightFest a moment ago.  They showed what has become my favorite film of the year there, "OldBoy".
