THE WHITE WARRIOR (1959) - Steve Reeves more known as Hercules stars as Hadji Murad the White Warrior in this Italian version of an Islamic fighters in the Caucusus against the Czar of Russia (sounds like current events). The film is suppose to be a version of a Tolstoy story, but it is just rather boring. Bought it for $1 at Walmart. The action and terror moments are rather tame. Nothing really interesting except the 1 minute village massacre which was poorly done except the massive flames, but reminded me of the opening massacre in
CONAN THE BARBARIAN. The action in last 5 minutes of the film is good, but it dosn't matter by that point.
