I never recall seeing a cheerleader in any of the Friday the 13th movies. Not even in Jason Goes to Hell or Freddy vs. Jason. Don't get me wrong, there are a ton of rip-off cheesy flicks about cheerleaders going into some old cabin for a sleep over and getting stalked by some supernatural killer. BUT THERE IS NOT ONE CHEERLEADER IN ANY FRIDAY the 13th MOVIE. SOMEONE PROVE ME WRONG!

Well, that kind of makes sense, since most of the movies were set at a summer camp, and even if cheerleaders went there, they wouldn't be likely to wear their uniforms, so you'd never even know they were cheerleaders.

But there is that movie "Cheerleader Camp," which is probably where the idea came from.

parts 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 could of easily included a cheerleader, but none of them did.

that's because cheerleaders don't go to camp. they're too busy whoring it up at all the football games with the jocks. oops, did i say that? :)

Don't forget the horror spoof "Pandemonium" that was set at a cheerleader camp.

Yeah I can see how cheerleaders would fit in with the series being a bunch of  "teen slasher/ have sex and get killed" films. But since high school itself wasn't a part of the series for the most part, other than the "senior cruise" idea in "Takes Manhattan", why bother? There were more than enough horny teenagers to go around without bring high school into it. And once other series like the "Nightmare" and "Prom Night" films came along, it would have looked like they were copying films that came after them.
