TERROR CREATURES FROM THE GRAVE (1965) - Italian Horror film in b/w starring Barbara Steele that has plague victims from medieval period to help effect revenge on a small group of people. Good  visuals in b/w, with neat musical score, and Barbara Steele as the main feature. The scene were the wheelchair guy runs himself thru with a sword is well done. The oldies DVD has a good movie trailer from the film.

So far I have seen Barbara Steele in these films:

Dark Shadows (90's TV) - Shes older in this one.

Shivers - Great film. Steele is middle aged in this one.

Crimson Cult - Ok film. Liked it.

The She Beast - Didn't like it that much

Nightmare Castle - Good visuals, but I like it that much, not bad, but slow and the subject wasn't to my liking with the retaining youth idea.

Terror Creatures from the Grave - Some good moments. Worth taking a look.

The Ghost - Didn't like it that much

8 1/2 - Saw it before I knew who Steele was so I didn't recognise her, but the film itself is very good.

The Pit in the Pendulum - Good Corman film

Black Sunday - Her best film.

There was also the severed arms in the glass case that belonged to plague victims that had no hope and tried to infect people before they died, so those in charge cut off their arms to stop them.

One of the things I didn't like about this film is that they only show the hands of the undead (zombies?) who possess this plague.

Also there is a little song about "the water will save you" and then as the two remaining people are trying to get away then it rains stopping the plague.

Some neat ideas that may have been done better, but I'm not really bothered by that. The film is good in parts and worth a look.
