SCARS OF DRACULA (1970) - Monsterfest played this one this morning and it was indeed one of the Lee/Hammer/Dracula films that I hadn't seen yet and I'll add that it is one of the better ones of this bunch of films. The look of the film was very good as were the stars. This Dracula film had it all Castle, Bats, Priest, Church, Virgins, Hero, Angry Towns People, Assistant, Carriages, Crosses, and Fangs. The whole film works and the ending with Dracula being speared by the hero and struck by lightning and catching fire and falling off the high castle wall and down the cliff while on fire was a classic ending. Also this is the only film that I ever saw Dracula stab someone with a knife or torture people. Check this one out if you get the chance.
