Invasion of the body snatchers, books ending..

Just curious about the books ending. I havent been able to locate a copy of the book and want to read it and all but have had no luck. has anyone here read the book and can spoil the ending?:)

I really want to know :)

There are a few copies of this book available on Ebay (hardcover, paperback reprint, and even a paperback that looks like it might be an original from the 1950s). I think one of them is bidding at only $2.00.
