Hey everyone...long time no see!
I caught this awesome film early the other morning.
I almost didn't watch it...I started flipping through other channels and then returned to HBO and decided to watch it.
I wasn't disappointed.
It's the story of Stephen Glass who worked as a writer for the magazine The New Republic and how he fabricated 27 stories while employed there.
Hayden Christiensen (Anakin Skywalker) stars as Glass and he's the perfect choice to play him.
He knows what he's written is bogus and people over at Forbes Digital discover certain lies about his stories and begin to investigate.
Even his own editor becomes suspicious, starts his own investigation and eventually confronts Glass.
Glass comes up with some truly ingenious ways of squirming out of the crosshairs but none of them play for very long.
Eventually, everyone at The New Republic discovers that he's been making up his articles for quite a while.
His entire world starts to crumble around him as others learn of his lies.
