ahhh, bad movies. After watching such crap as Swordfish and 3000k to Graceland, i decided to rent a bunch of movies i heard about to see if i could mend my sore mind. well, i borrowed, 'Gone in 60 secounds the Junkman' (should be marked with a deathshead), Repo Man and Southern Comfort.
First movie, Junkman, just leave it alone. Repo Man i knew to be cool before hand from reviews, (though not from here Brontheimer s/p?). So damn funny. And then Southern Comfort. Not a cheap or bad movie. I just couldn't believe that such a movie could remain so obscure yet be pretty good. Never heard of it before, even serched for reviews on the net to find opinions of other viewers to find only imdb had any reviews. This movie is on the lines of Deer Hunter and in my opinion a good portayal of the viet nam conflict. Much better then that pretentious 'platoon' rubish.
