Well, I saw about 250 films in 2004 and it's a hard struggle finding the time to view them. This is extremely hard work and one must stay fit in order to keep the pace. You should have a complete exercise program designed for optimun movie viewing. Watch your diet and be sure to get in some running, push-ups, sit-ups, and other forms of exercise during the day to keep those muscles tone. Remember not to eat to many snacks and when eating main meals keep them moderate by not filling up to much and stay focused on your movie viewing.
