Help me identify this film!

A friend of mine described a film to me, of which the plot made me immediately think of The Most Dangerous game and its many descendants.

There is some character being tracked by several bad guys.  They're hunting him for sport, that type of deal.  One of the killers is an asian guy with a sword.  One other hunter MIGHT be someone with a bow and arrow.  There might or might not be guns in this film.  That's pretty much the extent of the information he could remember.  

The closest match I've been able to find is Death Ring, which I have to say sounds amusing - DON Swayze, MIKE Norris and CHAD McQueen, with Billy Drago as the head badguy?  I'm sold.
