This is a great website and an excellent message board. Andrew has done a great job with it especially considering all he has to go through.

Very welcome and glad that you found some movies that you like.

My wife reminds me often of how many DVDs we own.  Usually by pointing out the racks full of movies.  Then it goes like this:

Katie:  "And most of them are bad."
Myself:  "You seemed to like 'The Dark Power.'"
Katie: "But you buy things like 'The Sound of Horror!'"
Myself:  "Possibly the finest invisible dinosaur movie ever made."
Katie:  "Andrew!"

hehe, invisible dinosaurs.  How can one go wrong really?

I was recently going through my own small collection and realised that I have an ever-increasing amount of dvds that cost less than $5 that I bought because they were B-movies, and that was the only reason [other than multiple Ed Wood titles of course; there's plenty of reason there!]

Its just so easy to buy loads of really cheap B-movies compared with blockbuster titles, so if anyone gives you any back talk about what a waste they are, just explain that you are just getting more for your dollar.

After all, we can buy multiple copies of Night of the Ghouls, Death Race 2000, Plan 9 from Outer Space and Wasp Woman at the same price of any one new release film from a major studio.   Its just plain economical!

Hear, Hear!  I've posted on other boards before-queries, general comments--and either have been snubbed or just outright ignored.  'Tis good to have a community of garbage-loving freaks such as I.
By the way, I picked up a slew of flicks at WalMart's 1 dollar bin recently, including The Satanic Rites of Dracula, Dementia 13, and The Manster.  The Manster?!?!?  Holy crap I haven't seen this in about 20 years.  Great 2-headed mad scientist-amok-in-Japan entry from 1962, the first 2-headed man movie, I think, and more than likely the inspiration for a key scene in Army of Darkness.
By the way, I'm glad you are safe, Andrew.  The Middle East is a nasty place these days.

Ah, yessss...the Invisable dinosaur movie to end all invisable dinosaur  movies.
The MST potential of this flick is enormous! Use it, but use it wisely.
Yee, heehee...
Any movie where the leads watch a person slashed to screamig death by an unseen killer, and react like Kato Kailen who just stepped in cow flop...oh, yeah, ya gotta riff it to pieces....
