Can someone help me find this movie?(Name at least)

I've been trying to find this movie, but I can't remember the name.
I saw a VHS copy of it about 8-10 years ago, but I think it's a bit older than that. Anyway, the cover had big planet-like brain on it, with a face, and an evil-looking smile. On the back, it showed a closeup of it's mouth, with some guy's legs hanging out, with obviously fake blood running down.
Does anyone have any idea what the name of this movie is?
