Forbidden Zone DVD

I bought the dvd of forbidden zone and the special features do not work...The whole section does not work..I popped it in other dvd players and the same thing happens- I'll press play on any part of the special features and it turns the dvd off....is this common or shall I return this product...please help!

yep, unless you rented it from northcoast video in chicago, thereby seeing the same copy i rented, this looks like an error on a batch. i have a friend who owns it, and he says that his works fine.
