Dead Next Door...any good?

I was thinking about buying the DVD of The Dead Next Door but was wondering if it's worth it.  I remember hearing something about it years ago but can't remember if it was good or bad things that I heard.  Anyone know if it's worth buying?

NO!  GOOD LORD, NO!

It's about some people who killed themselves and then came back from the dead due to the physical power of their minds.  Sounds ok, right?  NO!  It has a few individual scenes that work, but they are surrounded by a thick layer of s**t.  SMELLY, CLUMPY, STEAMING s**t.

The worthless heroine keeps having visions of her dead mother, or aunt, or grandmother, or something -- in which the old woman always pops up, smiles, and waves.  So?  You might ask.  IT HAPPENS EVERY FIVE MINUTES.  Every five minutes -- that smile -- that wave!  ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!

Then, then at the end, the old woman comes back for real and -- and -- that smile -- that wave!  AUUUUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHHH!
