When that movie first came out, my sister was at a wedding shower. Someone mentioned they had seen the movie at the drive-in. This young woman who was newly married and kind of hicky said "Bet them big rabbits would be good eatin."

Yea, I've been wanting to see this one for a long while now. The only part I remember as a kid in the 70's was the part where the projected rabbits come over the fence. Seems they made a lot of strange films of a similiar kind during this period.

INVASION OF THE BEE GIRLS
EMPIRE OF THE ANTS
SQUIRM

I'm sure there are many more. Those ones come to mind.

I remember seeing this for the first time years ago. I was left speachless. Honestly was this movie ment to be serious? Food Of The Gods, theres a classic I haven't seen in years.

Oh, yeah. SQUIRM was on MST3K, but the others go on the "Movies i wanted Joel/Mike and the Bots to get to" list.
