Okay, here's a tough one. I saw it once, a long time ago, so we are talking a 50's 60's film most likely.
Black and White (or maybe I just saw it on a black & white tv....)
No recognizable name actors that I am aware of.
Premise: Alien sees Earth as a ripe source of slave labour. A telepath figures out what us happening and assembles a team to fight them off
Characters: (there may be more)
A bald telepath who assembles a team to fight the aliens off
A world champion boxer who fights against a robot in the ring, using a variety of acrobatic moves
A brother and sister (or husband and wife, I'm not sure any more) team of con artists.
Various scenes: The telepath makes contact with the alien's mind and describes how powerful it is
Swords (that may even have been the insipration for light sabres) captured from the alien's troops are 'improved' by our bald telepath genius so they work better
The final scene - an alien auction, where the alien who had invaded earth is selling the rights to it , and shows off the brother/sister con artists as prime examples of humanity. After the auction, he spilts the money with them....
