i  was pondering this strange rejection to John Landis's movie, which, on the other hand, seems to me to be magnificent, when I have come to the conclusion  that  it(owes to that it is archetypical of the Purity Jerking. Purity from the point of view of whom watch it. Purity from the innocence.
And certainly the movie is wanking  in a supreme degree: American young men newly graduated tripping  around Scotland, previous to the virtual age, future and   potentials Bill Gates  in which  they were abounding in the cinema of the 80. One of them ends up having a laid with  a nurse, owner  of the  point of love  veterany  : Jenny Agutter.
An American nude stealing globes from the children. " . Rick Baker's makeup continuing an honourable line that was beginning with Jack Pierce and was continuing with Roy Ashton. Michael Jackson liked it The whole final scene of panic in Piccadilly Circus demonstrates a labor of exceptional montage.

1-It is a movie of horror that is constructed in a classic way. With a monster that  its shown late on the movie, just to keep us with the intrigue a parallel investigation with a love  history, knowing his obligations with the classic ones of Siodmak and Fisher.
2- At the same time it  introduces variations: the man wolf  in  four legs,. Or the famous transformation.
3. It finishes badly. as it  must be. having a laid with  a nurse have his price to be paid.
4. Wolf does not limit itself to the man. I said it before: living deads  and in a   second level, it is a history of errant ghosts that look for rest.
6. Written and directed by John Landis. Poor guy. not even in The generation who changed Hollywood they mention him scarcely. And National Lampoon's Animal House and the Blues Brothers of 1980 they are there.
7. The man wolf is tragic. The man wolf is a dork. The one that suffers the curse is a good person. thats why its a classic favorite monsters when we are kids : the man wolf has his pure side (wanker).when we get old  we prefer the Doctor Frankenstein and the  vampires (addicts to the lust).
8. The werewolf is sexual. From the moment that he  is damned the nurse becomes horny. Providing that when you think  about sexual monster it is thought about the vampire. It is true. he is the most  But the werewolf is also  sexually impudent
