The Devils Rain...
Ernie Borgnine turns into Satan for a few minutes at the end of that one. I can't recall for sure if he was supposed to be satan throughout the movie or not. It's been a while since I've seen it.

My first thought, after "The Excorcist" was "Switched," the Blake Edward's movie starring Ellen Barkin as a man sent back to Earth in a woman's body.  Satan just makes a brief appearance, and he's a dapper, charming fellow.

There's also "Highway to Hell" starring Mr. Hilary Swank and Kristie Swanson.  Satan calls himself "Beezle" in that one.  Get it!? It's short for Beelzebub!  HA!

Satan doesn't have any lines, but he stands and looks menacing in "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey."

Mustn't forget the charismatic, blue-jean-wearing Randall Flagg, of Stephen King's The Stand.

There's also Satan's School of Lust.  Lots of boobies, I forget if the Devil makes an appearance.

In "Terror Toons" the Devil authors his own dvds filled with maniac "cartoon characters".  Bought this one for a dollar, might have bit off more than I can handle.

I watched (sat through) some rotten crap last night that my wife picked from Ballbuster. It was called Black Gate and from what I could tell, I think it had satan in it...well, it seems like it was supposed to be satan anyway.

*note to self- don't let the woman pick out movies.

Robert DeNiro plays an excellent Devil in Angelheart -- which has already been mentioned --
Al Pacino plays a very wonderful Devil in a lawyer movie with Keanau Reeves (The Firm? -- can't remember name, just the film itself) --
You have to count Max Von Sydow in Needful Things too -- Great!
And the Peter Cook Devil, while not as good-looking, is definitely funnier & the '68 Bedazzled is a funnier film.

Legend has been mentioned.  I'm not sure Sauron counts.  Besides, isn't he supposed to be Hitler?
