BOOGIE NIGHTS (1997) - Just saw this film starring Burt Reynolds. Well done. Rather sad end for those characters. This Paul Anderson seems to be a good director. That was one crazy ending. My first film for December.

Scott,

Glad you picked such a good film for your December start.  I love Anderson's films, and this one is absolutely amzing.  Watching Dirk try to start a singing career is absolutely depressing, and the drug deal scene with the kid with the firecrackers is one of the most tenseful of all time.

My wife especially likes the last few minutes of the film.

I quite liked this film.  Pretty well done.  It's in the book I have called '1001 Movies to See before you die" so it comes well reccommended.  So there ya go!
