Rollins...

I'm not completely sold on Rollins. Can you suggest a match for me to watch?

as I'm starting to like Reigns and Dean Ambrose. They have character.

Here's one.  Daniel Bryan.  Seth Rollins.  2008.  Ring of Honor:

What wrestlers were some of the underrated workers (in-ring performers) in your opinion?

Growing up in Canada, I saw a lot of wrestlers in Stampede Wrestling who I thought were great performers not many outside of there got to see shine and there were a few that did leave but never looked as good outside of Stampede for whatever reason. These wrestlers include:

The Great Gama

Great Gama vs Owen Hart British Commonwealth Mid-Heavyweight Championship - Stampede Wrestling 1987

Leo Burke and "Rotten" Ron Starr

Ron Starr vs Leo Burke

Biff (Beef) Wellington

Jason Anderson vs Biff (Beef) Wellington

"Champagne" Gerry Morrow

Owen Hart vs Jerry Morrow

Makhan Singh (who would be known as Norman the Lunatic and Bastion Booger, in Stampede he was so much better IMO)

Owen Hart vs Makhan Singh (2)

Interesting to note, the late great Owen Hart had great matches with most of these guys. Nick Bockwinkel had a memorable bout with Leo Burke too.

To me, Reigns is boring as f**k. He has a long ways to go to get the crowd behind him IMO.

"What if" Reigns takes that belt from Brock Lesnar at Mania?

Do you think the people will be upset or support him right then as it happens?

or... could Rollins cash in and take the belt right away from Reigns if the crowd gets upset?

Rollins 'character' is a chicken-sh*t heel.  But he can work.  Another match I like with him:

Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, 2011.

If there's a negative reaction to Reigns winning the belt, I can see Seth cashing in on Raw after Mania.

Brock Lesnar's signed until that Raw so, I'm seeing this: Reigns wins at Mania, people boo.  Reigns 'addresses the crowd' on Raw.  Lesnar comes out, attacks Reigns, says "I have a rematch clause."  Reigns wins again, but post-match, Lesnar hits maybe a Kimora Lock and an F5.  Rollins runs down, cashes in.

That gives Rollins a few months to work with Reigns in the ring to get him 'up to par.'  So to speak.

I think he needs more like 2 years...but it is what it is. It'll flop, WWE network will see many cancellations following Wrestlemania I predict. They'll keep with their plan for Reigns unless they wake up/panic like they did last year and it'll bomb. I suspect if Reigns has a long run, it'll be Diesel-like. 1995 was arguably the worst year of WWF wrestling in the 1990s.

The network had some cancellations already.

I don't particularly like Reigns.  Weakest member of The Shield.  Ambrose and Rollins carried him.

I think Reigns does have potential if they let him develop his own personality, assuming he has one. He can also improve in ring with a few more years of working with quality guys like Rollins, Ambrose, Ziggler, Wyatt, and Bryan. I really think they should have had him defeat Barrett for the I-C title and had a run with that for a while before moving further up the card. It's like he's done very little to deserve where he is...

Some other performers I felt were underrated in-ring performers:

WCW Monday Nitro 10-8-98 Perry Saturn vs Kanyon

Kanyon & Perry Saturn

WCCW Gentleman Chris Adams vs Gary Young

"Gorgeous" Gary Young

Rick 'The Model' Martel Vs Tito Santana - Epic match from 1990

Rick "The Model" Martel (granted he was successful in the AWA, Japan, and Canada but he always struck me as underrated in WWF)

I hate the Superman punch.  For a guy that big and they want to make look strong...ending a match with a leaping floppy looking punch is just poor.

The only wrestler I dislike more than Reigns is Cena. You know they're both only where they are because they both look like underwear fashion models, which Vince seems to have a thing for  ... Reigns can't talk, can barely wrestle, he's boring, he has no charisma, he's a very generic, very limited in-ring performer (I really believe he's actually a worse wrestler than Cena) and is only getting the main event because Vince thinks he's pretty and looks like Fabio...which he believes is what fans want...well Vince what floats your boat doesn't necessarily float the boat of fans..

I actually like Cena.  His character is stale, yes.  But he's had great matches over the years.  I can't say I've seen Reigns have a good match.

Plus, on the up-side, I respect Cena's outside the business work: Make-a-Wish, charities, etc.  You can't take that from him.  I can see people not liking his in-ring work or character, but Cena the man is someone who's busted his ass for the better part of ten years.
