Kurt Angle was arrested, with something like his fourth drunk driving incident.

He's entering rehab.

yup

Quoteand why did he leave WWE in the 1st place?

That really depends on who you ask. Kurt goes into that on his TNA DVD. If I remember correctly he says he had a meeting with Vince during which McMahon said something like he was a nobody before he joined WWE after he was granted his release, with the idea being Kurt would come back when his batteries were recharged. That comment p**sed off Angle so much he jumped to TNA where we is now working a much lighter schedule.

Kurt also wanted to go to rehab in '06 cause he was taking 100 pills a day and wanted to go to rehab. Kurt also wanted a lighter schedule, and Vince said no.

I never watched WWE. Or really any wrestling. The Spoony One references wrestling in his videos, but if I wanted to see these I don't know where to start. There was something about Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage and a hummer?

The white hummer angle.......I really don't know where to begin with this. Click on WCW on the link below, it explains it better and I ever could.

WCW had what I believe is the first and only instance where a match was a 'Monster Trufk' match where they had them in monster trucks, sumo style.

What would I have to search if I wanted to watch the old stuff?

(Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage)

VenomX73

Well for Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage... Imo 88 to 93

I would start at Wrestlemania 5 and work my way up.

David Arquette, the dude from Scream, won the world title.

That's awesome.

If you want 'good' stuff, I'd suggest WWF from '85-'90. Or WWF stuff from '97-'01, with The Rock, Cactus Jack, Steve Austin.

Any footage on youtube of ECW is good. They had great stories, plus a mix of hardcore wrestling (chairs, blood) as well as Mexican wrestling (high flying flips) and Japanese stuff (hard clotheslines, etc)

The AWA had arguably the best wrestling prior to the 1980s.

World Class was hugely popular in the early 1980s too.

ECW actually owes more than a little to Memphis Wrestling if you really stop and think about it...

Memphis was wild and crazy in the 1980s....and before that even.

In Canada, we had Calgary Stampede and when I was just a kid, Canadian International Wrestling out of Montreal...

The NWA in the 1980s offered great wrestling from Georgia, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic. Of course, Mid-South Wrestling was pretty hot too in the early to mid-1980s before becoming the UWF. WWF and its expansion changed everything. We went from multiple healthy wrestling territories and a large breeding ground for growing talent and a great way for stale talent to reinvent themselves to basically just WWE and smaller independent promotions.

By the mid-90s, wrestling has it used to be had pretty much disappeared. By the late 90s, it pretty much died along with kayfabe.
