Scare Tactics- Satan's Baby, The bus ride from Hell, and the cab ride from Hell.
Scare Tactis was one of those shows that was L.G.O.P (Looked Good on Paper).  I loved the idea and concept of it, but could never really get into it when I watched it a few times.  The fact that it seemed to switch hosts everseason didn't help.
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

Back to weird shows from Japan, here's a few that certianly are insane (Great, but whoa...):

Also...

Midori Days:  Guy wants girl and girl wants to be with the guy despite how shy she is.  Fate desides to screw with them and attach the girl to the guy's right hand.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

I'm not sure if you've heard of it, X-files......Supernatural stuff.
yeah no.

Sitting Duck

STR.A.IN., while not excessively weird in its own right, does have a rather bizarre premise. Namely, it's A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett, but with giant robots in space blowing *$^%$ up.

Well, there's Wonder-Shozun aka Kid's Show that was on MTV2.  Parts of it were pretty funny, but other parts?  I dunno, just got the feeling they were going for the "let's see how gross and weird we can be" angle.

If God exists, why did he make me an atheist? Thats His first mistake.

I don't feel like going through the entire thread, but I'll a couple that have probably already showed up:

Twin Peaks - David Lynch, that's a no-brainer.

Strangers With Candy
I don't always talk about bad movies, but when I do, I prefer badmovies.org

The Toxic Crusaders

The Amazing Live Sea Monkeys
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzs_8JDfsdo
This show was about a guy, played by Howie Mandel, who magically makes 3 Sea Monkeys grow to human size.  One couldn't keep a secret, one was afraid of bunnies, and the other loved polka music.  Bizarre, but brilliant.

The Adventures of Pete and Pete

First off: Iggy Pop as a suburban father raising his daughter in the suburbs.  Secondly: Artie, The Strongest Man in The World, a superhero with apparent lack of any superhuman abilities is the town superhero.  Just odd.
"The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded Hell."

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.

I've always found The Prisoner quite odd. I watched the final episode on TV, having seen about one or two episodes beforehand, and it was incredibly weird. None of it made any sense whatsoever.
