Absurd. It's like someone composed a bunch of competent-but-schmaltzy big band pop arrangements and then dropped these Looney Toons sound effects on top. You might like it. I don't think I'd listen to it often but it's worth a spin.

RAMONES Rocket To Russia  

 



Last night TCM showed ROCK N ROLL HIGH SCHOOL which I sat thru, and laughed.  Man, them RAMONES had zero charisma.  P.J. SOLES dreaming about 6'6" geeky JOEY lurching through her room.  Kind of funny and sad.  Listening to my RAMONES today of course.
