Is it just me, or does that tagline make absolutely no sense?

The one kid's a little too high? Just crop his head off.

You gotta love the drawn-in-marker font. Reminds me of a school project from the days before desktop publishing.

...And that's a bad thing!?

Not a VHS, but this one definitely deserves some recognition...

Here's one:

I just bought this DVD and thought the cover looked crappy, so I scanned it just for this thread.  If the cover's this bad, I can't wait to see the print quality!  :buggedout:

Beautiful example of what we were talking about earlier in this thread. Just take your clip art CD, your copy of Photoshop and a couple of frames grabbed from the movie and you too can create professional-looking box art to replace that shabby painting some artist did back in olden times. Jeez.

And I love how these things always have prominent pictures of the stars, and give top billing to a supporting character who happened to get famous after making the movie. Somewhere around here I have a copy of Parasite, starring Demi Moore with her face plastered on the cover.

Honestly, I don't see why this wouldn't sell DVDs:

Wow, there must be some mistake. Sly is third in the credits on this one.

Not VHS but still pretty bad:

Whats worse than a cover art with IMDB blurb?

Ben Affleck was smart enough to get his name removed but his mug is still there. Fail  :teddyr:

My god that Cannibal Camp cover is a shocker unbeleivable.

"From one of the producers of American Pie." That's about an order of magnitude lamer than saying "from the people who brought you..."

KYGOTC

the FIRST happy birthday to me dvd was AWFUL.

LOOK AT THAT! She looks like the friggin' Cheshire Cat! At what point in the movie do her eyes GLOW? and come to think of it, is that chick even IN the MOVIE?

OK, so this cover is coll, but that's the point. I rented this piece of crap thinking it was about some cool killer goth chick, and it turned out to be about a lesbian goth chick that was molested and I never even found out who the heck was killing everyone (it wasn't her). Plus, she doesn't look anything like on the cover.
