Fantasy movies - devil in a volcano and wizards with woman

Do you know "my" movies?

1) The first movie is probably from the 80s-90s.
There was a scene with Satan trying to get the hero to press his hand on a palm-shaped rock. And the hero went to the devil, who inhabited the volcano (the devil maybe asked for help?)

2) The second movie (80s-90s too) was some sort of fantasy movie with a witch theme, There was a scene with a graveyard where someone got touched a gate and then was struck by lightning. There was also a scene where a woman was swimming in water and someone was encouraging her to come out of it, and she said she was told she would live and be forever young if she swam in the water and never came out.
