Trying to remember a comedy spaghetti western about a bank robber, and the title song is cheerful & upbeat, with male chorus singing, "He's Bad, Bad News" over & over......

As I recall, it starts with a banker showing off his vault to a depositor.... He repeatedly raps on each wall with his cane & says, "Solid!"
Then, the two of them fall through the floor.... In a tunnel under the bank, a group of cowboys pull their guns on the pair, but the gang leader says the two aren't a threat.... The banker & client exchange hats as they look on nervously...

Flash forward (this movie doesn't waste too much time), the leader of the gang has a private rail car, when a young woman walks in saying she thought it was the dining car.... Jump to them getting married, then jump to a group of men wrestling the gangster into a strait jacket, while the woman is pleading with a psychiatrist to "help her husband"....
Then jump to the front gates of the asylum, which promptly explode...

Jump forward some months, the gangster has a new job (I can't remember if it's a robbery or an assassinations, but it involves rich people who don't like each other)....
He finds that his "wife" has married his client, and he gets her alone one night.... She says they never got to have their honeymoon, and he says they could have another chance, & end up sleeping together....

Later, he's rounded up his old gang... He tells them, "We're businessmen now." One of the men asks, "What kind of business?" He replies, "Se for yourselves."
The chorus singer start snapping their fingers in time & whisper out the "Bad, Bad News" song as the gangster opens a footlocker to reveal Winchester rifles & revolvers in the little drawers...
He starts to walk out, stops & says, "Oh, and gentlemen, help yourselves."

Well, if y'know your spaghetti westerns, any help would be helpful.....
