He can kick ass with the best of them!
You've seen most of his movies!
You know him...you love him!

Actually, I was being a smartass when I created this thread.
But, Van Damme is one of my favorite actors and one of the most despised here.
You either can't stand him or you like him.
I thought it would be good to post his site here.
I don't know if I despise Van Damme, but I do think he's funny. And more often than not, if there is nothing else watchable on TV, but a Van Damme flick, I'll watch it.
I like him better than Steven Seagal. But that's not saying much at all. I also like JCVD better than getting punched in the face. I did like Bloodsport, but really haven't watched many of his movies.
That's one mega webpage....... I can watch a Van Dam film, but it's never high on my list. Actally his films aren't even on my radar, but if I was down to my last film an his were all that was left then I would definately watch one of his films. Not sure what that means. : )
I will wtach him if he's on when I'm random surfing, but I've never gone out of my way to rent anything by him, which I've done for Steven Segal, Gary Daniels, and Don "The Dragon" Wilson
Meh, 'JCVD' [try saying that ten times fast] had his best slew of movies in the early to mid 90s [in which I really enjoyed quite alot of his crappy 'kick some butt, and extract vengeance' flicks.
I do like him more that Seagal, just because of the ponytail more than anything.
Plus anyone who was in the movie Breakin' is worth a watch, that movie pop and locked my socks off. Look carefully in this pic, as Andrew kindly pointed out for us in his review:

After looking at the VanDammit site I have come to a conclusion: He's quite impressed with himself.
I always felt Van Damme had good martial arts skills, but his acting and choice of roles were his shortcomings.

Man, I could say that of about a dozen people....
