Which do you think is the best movie: Sin City or Pulp Fiction?
Who is the better director: Robert Rodriguez or Quentin Tarantino?
Who is the best "hyped up main character": Vince Vega or Marv?
Who is the best good-hearted badass: Jules Winnifield or John Hartigan?
Which is the best female character: Mia Wallace or Nacy Callahan?
Who is the best minority crime leader: Marcellus Wallace or Gail?
Who is the best young criminal: Honey Bunny and Pumpkin or Becky?
What do you think?
See, I can't quite compare the two. Both are two of my favorites but they are two completely different movies.
If I had to though, all points go to Pulp Fiction. That film is as close to perfection as you can get.
See...I'm opposite to Skaboi...I like both films but really like Sin City...I mean really like it.
Odinn,
See, I LOVE Sin City. It's a great film, full of pulpy goodness and...Jessica Alba. But, as much as I love Sin City, I just love Pulp Fiction more. Despite all of the parodies made over the years, it's still not a joke to me. It's one of those films that I can pop in and watch over and over and never get tired of.
Hmm. I haven't seen Sin City. I guess it would come down to Jessica Alba vs. Uma Thurman, and that's a real tough one.

Skaboi, That's cool, I understand what you're saying and I respect that...it was a real good movie. I just like Sin City better but as far as directors go, QT definitely is the better one as he has proven himself time and again.

Yeah, but Uma's character Mia Wallace is nothing like Alba's Nancy Callahan.
It would be incorrect to judge the two films solely based on the female leads.
Definitely "Pulp Fiction"!!Better quotable lines for one thing."I'M GONNA GET ME ABOUT FOUR or FIVE BIG MOTHERSCRATCHERS WHO ARE GOING TO GET MEDEIVAL ON HIS ASS!!PULLING OUT TEETH WITH PLIERS AND SCREWDRIVERS!!CRAP LIKE THAT!!".Better Director-Tarantiono or Rodriguez?KInd of a draw.Theyr'e both Latin(Tarantino's Italian American.Rodriguez is Mexican American.),They Both Made Low Budget Movies That Became Hits. It's a toss up.Also, theyr'e both starting to get more Mainstream attention.Q.T. directed an episode of "CSI".R.R.made the Family Films "Spy Kids 1&2"and "Shark Boy and Lava Girl"."Pulp Fiction"has the edge in my book.
