Title: Kill Baby Kill (Bava 1966)
Post by: Scott on January 22, 2002, 12:52:22 AM
Just viewed my Diamond version of KILL BABY KILL directed by Mario Bava. The DVD itself was slightly defective this time. The film actually stopped in the middle and seemed to jump once from one scene to the next, but aside from that the film is great I actually enjoyed it much more than SEVEN DOORS OF DEATH by Fulci. KILL BABY KILL is genuinely creepy. It has everything a good horror film should have without going overboard. The camera work, music, actresses, and story really work good. Tomorrow I'm returning my copy in hopes of finding one that won't stop in the middle. Again, I bought this one for $6.99.

One of my favorite Bava movies up there with Black Sabbath, whip and the body, blood and black lace, lisa ad the devil, black sunday etc. I like quite a few Bava movies.

I seen BLOOD AND BLACK LACE on the shelve recently at Best Buy and wanted to pick it up along with THE CORPES GRINDERS.
