Title: Killer Driller (1979)
Post by: Scott on April 01, 2006, 10:03:28 PM
KILLER DRILLER (1979) (http://imdb.com/title/tt0079082/) - This film came as part of my 50 Movie Chiller Pack. The main character is some low life artist which eventually picks up a drill and uses it on people. There were maybe two gore scenes that you will remember, but that is it. This just wasn't a very good film. Below was the best scene in the film.

I've always seen it titled as "Driller Killer", lol.

The scene above was ripped off by Lucio Fulci for City of the Living Dead/The Gates of Hell.

If you're after a, well I was going to say good but I'd be lying...  um... an entertaining 'I am a serial Killer with a drill' type movie, then go watch 'Slumber Party Massacre (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084695/)

There's nothing like a killer wearing an all denim suit terrorizing young girls and their friends.
Plus it was apparently written by a feminist, and as such is loaded full of innuendo [look at the big drill between his legs]

Sure it ain't classy [or well written for that matter] but I have yet to see a finer 'kill with drill' film.

As for myself, I'm a fan of both 'Driller Killer' and 'Slumber Party Massacre'. Both fun movies IMHO.
