I got home from Summer school yesterday at 1:45pm and was dead asleep by 2:15pm. I dreamt that there was this really cool and awesome movie from the mid to late '70s that was being rereleased, after many years of being horribly cut by about 45 minutes. It was a futuristic, horror action/sci-fi that looked like it had had a decent budget for the time. These are the kinds of things you dream about when you've been watching too many movies.
I've had a dream a little like the opening from a Japanese comedy I saw once, where this guy is sitting in a theater with his posse- he's some sort of gangster, complete with big goons and arm candy- and he introduces the audience to the opening of the film... there's this amusing part where he, um, "silences" a noisy theater patron.
Ive had a few dreams that showed bugget constraints-one that was a dystopian future after some kind of unspecified catastrophy, and it was obvious that the way they simulated the "catastrophe" was by taking a icture of New York City and fiddling with the video settings. Ive had a few others where bugget mysteriouslly affected my dreaming mind, including one that showed stop motion animation. BAD stop motion animation. Don't remember what exactlly was being animated though.
I hadda dream I was the lead singer for the Dead Kennedys(Jello, not the new guy) and people started to get all p**sed off at me because I kept constantly screaming. And I was really short,too. Like ventriloquist doll short.
