This movie is utterly brain dead. For a kids movie, it has these ugly, poorly designed, paper mache, midgets, that can barely move their mouths when they speak, getting into all kinds of "trouble". It shows one of these "kids" getting drunk while a group of them sneak into a showing of "The Three Stooges".

What is this teaching kids?

 Of course, the scene in the movie theatre is pathetic. It has people sitting around eating popcorn and hotdogs while watching the "Three Stooges" and yukking it up. Now, what movie theatre would still be showing THE THREE STOOGES, and who would pay to see it when you can probably can  see The THREE STOOGES on television?

What's even more hilarious is when the GPK break into a non union sweatshop and steal sewing machines while singing about the virtues of helping each other out.

I'm not surprised this trash is in IMBD's Bottom 100.

And who can not forget the "Basic Instinct" moment when a certain female is wearing a mini skirt and crosses her legs.. YOu'd think they'd catch that since the female was a minor.. SICK.

Yep, it's pretty bad.

Still, I find the idea of a State Home for the Ugly to be fairly amusing.

I loved the stickers.  This movie was really, really bad.  It was so obvious even to my nine-year-old self that whoever made it had no idea what to do with the premise.
