I need major help with a title...and I don't have a very good description to provide.
All I remember was a group of high school kids (that narrows it down)...and one of them died I believe. Anyway, at one point in time the dead guy was sitting in someones car and started to talk about "Weed"...and it ended with the person being killed with seaweed.
And the only other thing I can remember is the dead guy getting his head cut straight down the middle...because apparently that is the only way you could kill him. I appreciate any help!

about some kids that are dealt some relaly bad dope and go to get their money back from the "weed man" mouselini and he ends up slipping on a banana peel so they dump him in the toxic waste filled river and he comes back to get revenge.
the reason i think this movie is what you're tallking about is
A: he would walk around with seaweed hanging off his shoulders and sometimes he was chewing on an eel or something
B: he ripped off some chubby guy's face in a car
C: he get decapitated by the "teenage zombie" and his head gets split down the middle.
