I've got this movie I can't find the name.
I saw it on the early to mid 80s on satellite. I only remember a couple of scenes. By the way, it isn't Zombie Lake.
This guy attacks this woman who is able to drive him away. He goes to wash off the blood of his injuries in a nearby pond. Suddenly, these pale white arms grab the guy and drag him underwater. Later, the woman goes to the same pond the washes off but without the arms dragging her to her death.
Alien Dead? I remember that movie having pale zombies and water. Haven't seen that movie in a while though.
What the HELL is that in your avatar, zombiedudeman?
(sorry for the hijack)
I have no idea on the movie.

it's a scene from The Rejuvenator
From what I found out about Alien Dead, I don't think that is it either...
Possibly OASIS OF THE DEAD? It's kind of spiritual relative to ZOMBIE LAKE.
The key question with these is...was there a 'Nazi Zombie' element? It's a small but notrious sub-genre. Though I'm doubting it's SHOCK WAVES.
99% positive it's Shockwaves.
It's was a nice moment because the guy really started to annoy me.

Maybe this rings a bell?
"Shockwaves" has some scenes that are very close to this, so checking it out would be a good suggestion - but a scene exactly as mentioned is not present. There is one very close at about an hour in. I skimmed the movie at 20X to check.
