I ate a super delicious Jack's Canadian Bacon pizza (http://www.kraftfoods.com/jackspizza) with extra cheese earlier.
I was wondering what your favorite kind of pizza is?
Take a moment to vote!
Do you like thin, hand tossed or deep dish?
I like thin crust.
Here's one of the best pizza's in the world, served at Rod's Pizza Cellar in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Rod's Godfather
The pizza that made us famous! Thick crust only; pepperoni, Canadian bacon, onions, green peppers, ripe olives, and pork topped with provolone cheese
Back in the late 70's Rod's was the place my friends and I fequented. The Godfather is a good two inches thick with so much cheese that's all you actually see until the pie is cut. If you ate three slices of a 17" godfather, they'd have to wheel you out of the place.
That's nice Trek and it sounds tasty & delicious...but you didn't vote.
I prefer very thin crust. My in-laws always order thick crust, and I don't usually order pizza on my own very much. Supreme is my fav (I voted for it), followed closely by pepperoni/mushroom/olive (black and green)
There are so many combinations that it is dizzying. A general discussion might be a better choice than a poll, just due to that.
For me it has always been regular crust, extra cheese, pepperoni, onion, mushroom, and garlic. Sausage, ham, and green peppers are added to the mix.
So far, I have not found a good pizza place near our new home. We were a little spoiled with the places available around our residence on Long Island.
Hold the mushrooms! :hot: That's all I ask. :bouncegiggle:
Well................I went with the standard Pepperoni Pizza as my favorite. No such thing as bad pizza except maybe burnt pizza and I can't picture fruit on my pizza.
Burnt Fruity Pizza that would be a nightmare.
Sausage is a good topping on a pizza.
A nice veggie pizza by a good pizza maker who uses garlic and olive oil as an ingredient. Now that's awesome.
A real brick oven pizza is usually better than pan fried (grilled cheese) pizza from Pizza Hut.

Track Town made a pretty good Hawaiian pizza, Ash.
Is Pegasus still in business? They have some weird combinations. Broccoli and tofu pizzas. =)
My favorite is still the thick pizza from a place in Michigan that used to exist, called Westside Deli.
I have to agree Andrew. I've lived in the DC area, Portland & Seattle, South Carolina, and now Toledo. There is no good pizza outside of New York. You get a nice crispy yet chewy crust, real sauce and while the pizza is a bit greasy it is more oily and not gut churning grease.
I went with pepperoni but never gave thought about what type like thin crust.
Living in NYC all my life I never tried Pizza anywhere else. Next time I leave the state got to try some.
A meat lover's pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms.

Hamburger and mushroom, extra cheese, light on the sauce.
place near me makes one that is chicken, bacon and ranch dressing its amazing
I like my pizza with at least two meats, mainly gyro meat and shrimp; along with broccoli, onions, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic sauce, and a soft dough. Not a fan of the hard thin dough, love the fluffiness. If any thing, when the parents aren't looking, I'll add more stuff. >.>
my rich sister has a pizza oven on her porch
My dad breaks an eggs and puts it in the middle of the pizza because they do that in France
Any pizza from these guys: www.romanspizza.co.za (http://www.romanspizza.co.za)
Delecious. So tasty I can't spell the word delecious
Especially the Chicago stuffed crust from Papa Murphy's
Other: bbq chicken pizza. If I can't get that, chicken and pineapple.
I can't vote; they all sound good.
Papa Murphy's all-meat pizza is KNOCKOUT.

A lot of people think Philly Steak pizzas sound gross.. but I think Domino's does a terrific job! GREAT cheesy sauce!

I STILL love Godfather's' Jumbo Combo pizza. First had it around 1980 and was completely sold. Expensive as hell but sooo big, sooo deep and sooo good.
(this is half pepperoni and half combo)

Damn it, now I have to make time for pizza this weekend.
I'll mostly go with Tuna, Hawaiian style or anything hot/spicy.
Can't go wrong with pepperoni, peppers and mushrooms. Yum.
When I get really high, I'll get a ground beef and extra cheese pizza usually on the cheap from LC. Mostly though, I eat 3 slices and don't even want it anymore.
Best place I ever had pizza, and it's still there, in Lorain....

I, generally speaking, don't eat pizza. Not a cheese kinda guy.
But, I like to  a bit and, if I'm drunk enough, can be talked into a Buffalo Chicken pizza.
I like pepperoni and green peppers on my pizza. And the garlic dipping sauce.
I like pepperoni with double cheese. Not a fan of most other meats in it. As for crust,I like a "hand tossed" which is not thin but not deep dish...nice and soft.

And as for favorite pizza places, this would be mine - the Shot Tower Inn (http://www.shottowerinn.net/) in Dubuque.
