Option 2: 2%
Option 3: 1%
Option 4: Skim milk
Option 5: Acidophilus milk
Option 6: Chocolate milk only
Option 7: Goat milk
Option 8: I don't like milk
Since I was a baby, I've always loved milk.
I can easily go through a gallon of 2% in 2-3 days and I can guzzle 1% or skim milk like it's no big thing.
How about you?
Do you like MILK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milk)?
What's your favorite kind?
I don't usually do the shopping around my house but if I do pick up Milk its usually 2% or 1%. Never really tasted the difference though. So I voted 1%.
Rich..
I think there's a big taste difference between 2% and 1%.
You've gotta eat breakfast cereal with 2% only.
Cereal with anything less just doesn't cut it in my opinion.
1% or skim milk is good to guzzle ice cold.
I was raised on 2% and skim milk.
I also mentioned goat milk, which if any of you haven't tried yet, you should!
I had my own personal qualms about trying it for the first time but after I did, I loved it.
Goat milk is really good!
I use to drink milk by the gallons when I was a kid. The cold from milk was real penetrating on a hot day. More than anything iced. Now I only use 1% in my cereal.
I used to love milk... & mayonase, & frosted mini wheat, but somewhere along the way, they quit loving me back.
I've found that I do not drink as much milk these days as I did as a kid. Back then I would drink it a lot - with darn near every meal. Now, I mostly have it with cookies, cake and cereal, or as a quickie breakfast.
Used to love the stuff as a kid, drank buckets of it, mostly 2%. Now I rarely touch it unless a guest at someone's house and being polite.
Don't touch sweets too much anymore, so milk and cookies is like a twice a year oddity, cereal - again only as a guest., cake is usually at parties or get togthers so I drink what's on hand.
Get my calcium from cheese, sour cream, regular cream (when cooking) or OJ with calcium added.
The beginning of the end for me and milk was when after dinner one night I left half a glass of milk at the table and went to play or something came back about a half hour later to find a dead fly floating on the surface in my Burger King The Empire Strikes Back collectable glass (Luke and Yoda on Dagobah). Tha image stuck with me for years afterward when drinking milk, would choke it down through clenched teeth afraid of another fly mysteriously appearing in my glass. Silly paranoid little kid me then, now I just don't like the taste.
I really used to love milk, but I don't drink a ton of it anymore. My husband goes though a gallon of 2% in a couple of days. I'm trying to drink more skim.
I NEVER drink milk.I drink water,RC Cola,Kool-Aid, and latlely-cranberry juice.
I like whole milk, grew up drinking it as a kid, that was before the discovery of cholesterol though so now I only put it in my coffee, and ocassionally on cherrios.

I love whole milk but the fat & cholesterol are the main reasons why I don't drink it.
I actually think that whole milk has the best overall taste.
Can you vote for more than one? I don't think there's a milk on there, that I haven't drunk at one time or the other. But where's the buttermilk? Most people can't stand the stuff, but I can't get enough of it.
Hmmm...
I've never actually drank buttermilk.
At least not that I can remember.
I've had buttermilk pancakes and buttermilk biscuits and I love those.
I would think that drinkable buttermilk would be loaded with fat & cholesterol.
Is it?
I would assume that it is, it is made from the liquid left over after making butter so I guess it would have a pretty high fat content. I like buttermilk bread, and pancakes, I've even used it to make mashed potatoes but straight buttermilk tastes really awful to me, sort of sour, reminds me of spoiled milk. I guess it's an acquired taste.
I love whole milk !
I still use whole milk. I can't stand 2%, 1%, and skim milk. They all seem watery to me. I have tried several times and could never get use to them. Sure they are suppose to be healthier for you but I don't have to worry about cholesterol and I seriously doubt that drinking watery milk on the few times I do is going to make much of a difference in my weight.

Fat and cholesterol no problem for me, so whole milk all the way baby!
Only problem is that I don't buy it as much anymore, so my milk consumption is lower than it used to be when I was younger: I drank milk pretty much every day, but not so much now.
A hardly ever drink milk, really only when I have some left over from cooking, so it's not a problem for me to drink whole milk on those rare occasions when I drink milk.
But you did leave my favorite off the list: milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom...
I drink a ton of skim milk - probably 7 cups a day. A big glass (2 cups) with each meal, plus another cup in my morning oatmeal. Good stuff, lots of good protein, no fat. My family actually got used to the stuff without too much complaining; will miracles never cease?
Skim milk once and awhile. Depends on what I'm drinking it with.
Hey, where's the heavy cream on that list?
Only milk I drink is with coffee, and it has to be half-and-half or real cream. Lower fat milks just taste wrong in coffee.
But not too much. I hate the way places like Starbucks make their coffee-flavored hot-milk drinks, I mean "cappucinos".
What.....no Yoohoo!
Why isn't the best kind of milk there is listed? :teddyr:
I don't drink much milk, but I really don't taste much difference between 1% and 2%, which is about all I ever get. I'm gonna try some whole milk, I'm not sure if I've ever had it. I know growing up we always got 2%.
I drink 1% most of the time. But occasionally, I will buy whole milk as a treat (???)
