What was the name of that movie with a guy who always had to put a disc or tape in and jam out to rock music when he flew a plane?
If I remember correctly, it was a fighter jet he flew...an F-16 maybe.
And his co-pilot or wingman would always yell at him to turn it off.
Anyone?
Ash, that sounds like the "Iron Eagle" series.
I'm pretty sure that's it.
Thanks!
I'd forgotten all about that movie.
I've only seen the first film...haven't seen the others.
Now that I think about it, wasn't Louis Gosset Jr. the wingman who always told him to cut out that music? And wasn't Tim Thomerson his dad that he had to go rescue?
I'm gonna have to go look that up at the IMDB.
You are correct. Actually, there were four films in the series, with Louis Gossett, jr. being in all four, but, at least in the first one, Louis Gossett, jr. was Jason Gedrick's wingman, and Tim Thomerson, who played Jason's father in the first film, was the man they were trying to save.
