THIS IS NOT A TEST (1962) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0183884/) - This b/w film is about a Atom Bomb(s) being dropped in America. The story follows a group of people stopped by a deputy along a mountain road. We get the reports from the squad car radio. The group of people make preporations by using a tractor trailer that was stopped earlier as a shelter. The deputy is not very friendly and three people decide they don't want to get into the trailer and run off. A small mob of men arrive from the nearest town looking for gas and trouble developes moments before the bomb lands. It's an ok little film, but some of the reasoning dosn't add up. It has a bit of a Twilight Zone episode feel to it. Not as good as PANIC IN THE YEAR ZERO (1962) which was made the same year.
