There's a fantasy film I remember from the 70's/80's, but I never did figure out the name. All I remember was at point the main group consisted of a child, a warrior, and some big rabbit/sasquatch thing that sounded a bit like Chewbaca. There are two scenes I specifically remember:
-The warrior getting into a somewhat comical battle with an ogre or something along those lines
-The final battle between the kid and some sorceror who took over his kingdom which involved them shooting magic at one another.
More than likely, "Wizards of the Lost Kingdom."

My first thought too. I'm 99% sure that's it.
Oh god! Yeah that's the one! Hahahaha. I wanted that Rabbit-Wookiie thing to die! Wasn't Dave Carradine in it too? (Or am I thinking of the horrible sequel, "Wizards of the Lost Kingdom 2?")
Yeah, that sounds like it! Thanks!

I have never seen the second one, but the IMDB does list Carradine in it:

From what I read, the sequel does not have the burbling yeti-monster Gulfax.
