I know this one is easy but I can't remember the name for some reason. It's dated around the 80's/90's. It's about this guy who would always have headaches and eat aspirin everyday (he even gets hospitalized by the headaches eventually). The guy meets an angel that was a really hot woman too, it was like a love story about him an the angel basically. I know the ending too,

The angel was also a nurse in the hospital, which was like a happy ending.

Sounds like Date with an Angel (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092834/) (1987).

I caught a bit of it a while ago, and it didn't seem to bad until Emmanuelle Beart started squawking like a bird. I've never been so embarassed for an actress.
