Sorry, David Emge just doesn't do it for me anymore.
I would like to change my avatar to something a lot more scary than Flyboy ~ I would like to put my own picture there. Yes, apicture of me. :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout:
Could someone show me how, please?
Thanks.
Find a good pic of yourself and use an image altering program to resize it to 100x100.
My HP printer came with a program called HP Image Zone which lets me upload pics onto it and then resize them.
Remember, your image must be 100x100.
Anything higher than that...and this forum won't let you upload it
Hope this helps.
If you have a commercial editor, that is fine, but if you don't or it is limited (like HP software!), then you can get a free program: IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/).
Resize the image to 100x100, as Ash said, then save it as a .jpg file at 80% (this would be very kind to those of us on dial-up).
In your member profile, under forum profile information (where you originally selected the flyboy image), you can check the entries for 'I have my own pic' in which you can specify a url where your image is hosted (ImageShack (http://imageshack.us/) does this for free) or you can choose to upload your own image to BadMovies and click on 'browse' to find the file on your computer. Don't forget to click on 'change profile' when you are done, or it won't be saved.
If you want something truly scary, might I recommend a picture of.....
...Ash

Just kidding Ash.
(Yeah...right)(http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Laughing/lol-065.gif)
Hey it's cool Menard...
I took that pic of myself on my webcam after the big party of Halloween 2002.
I still remember it as if it happened yesterday.
A big bonfire party with about 200-300 people in attendence and two live bands...all outdoors under the stars.
My buddy Lonnie dressed up like the other guy from ICP and everyone at the party gave us compliments on our makeup.
Thanks for the memories..
Some other stuff happened that night...but that's another story...

Huhhh?
Ash...being polite?
Ash...not over-reacting to being picked on?
I don't think so.
Whoever you are trying to impersonate Ash, we are not falling for it.
Are you some spirit who has possessed Ash's body? (to which I would like to reply:...eewwww)
Begone you spirit of...uh...politeness and tolerance. (Yes...dammit, those are bad things)
This is an exorcism; return our Ash to us.
(I'll get a reaction out of you yet) (http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Laughing/lol-065.gif)

Not this time...
Maybe some other time...
But not this time...

Wait...what other stuff? I didn't hear about this. Ash, tell us what happened. Tell us the whole shocking truth of that fateful day.

If it's the story I've heard circulated on the net...well...I can't repeat it on this forum. Let's just say that at a minimum there was a goat involved. (http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Happy/happy-073.gif)
What news article Menard? What could Ash and goats have in common? Ash do you live on a farm?

Don't encourage him (I mean Menard).
Andrew, I just couldn't figure it out. Halloween, Party, Bonfire, Goats, Face Painting, and Webcams. Just trying to get all the facts in here, so I can reach a conclusion. It's still a little fuzzy, maybe it's the kind of stuff I couldn't understand.......the kind of stuff I shouldn't understand.

I think he was born and raised in a barn. (http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Happy/happy-073.gif)
Thanks for the set-up
Scott. I would have touched on what Ash and goats have in common (such as they are both horny), but we all know that type of juvenile humor is beneath me (ahem...ahem...stop the snickering). :tongueout:
What, that isn't Ash's normal face?
And goats? My boy's moving up in the world.
Thanks, Ash and Menard Some karma I will give you later ~ we're preparing two major film festivals right now, so I have to start getting acetate film cuts on my fingers. Thanks, guys.
What's this thing about goats, etc? :buggedout:
Horrible picture though, isn't it? My college uses copies of it for target practice on their shooting range. :teddyr:

It's something Ash is into. (http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Happy/happy-073.gif)

It was this bizarre PAGAN ritual...like the one in the movie Dragnet (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD-MKffd3ZY)

I wasn't born in a barn but I grew up near one.
Does that count?
This has really got me worried now. See: I'm drinking and I am not supposed to drink at work. :drink:
First I ask for help to change my avatar which was received, thanks, and now I am linked to weird goat rituals. :teddyr:
Doesn't this have something to do with Edward Woodward and a goat in The Wicker Man? :teddyr:
Me getting scared, very scared. :buggedout:
Andrew, help, please. You dealt with a rattlesnake in a previous thread, please deal with this now. :teddyr:

Afraid that I am not touching this one. I draw the line at grumpy poisonous snakes.
(There is another line for redheads, but that is a different issue.)
:bouncegiggle: :teddyr: :teddyr: :bouncegiggle:
Thanks, Andrew.
Hmmm...
I'd have thought that Menard or Scott would've responded by now.

You know I was joking right?
