Since other topics such as peeing and vomiting have been covered, its time to go into another even more disgusting bodily function: birthing. It happens quite frequently in bad movies, and not just to women, either:
Alien: This sequence introduced us to one of the most classic of movie monsters, the xenomorph, albiet in a really gory way
Demonic Toys: You can tell that one would have grown up to be a little hellraiser....
Meet the Applegates: Teen pregnancy is so tragic, especially when the resulting egg gets stepped on
The Fly: That's just gross
The Fly 2: That's even worse
Dreamcatcher: This could fit both under birthing and s****ing
Xtro: Try giving birth to a full grown man
Any more?
Warlock 2: Armageddon - Proof that no woman wants Julian Sands to call her 'Mommeeeeee'.
Braindead/Dead Alive - Who says live birth is everything?
The Seventh Sign - Doctors can ignore anything, even Armageddon, when it comes to delivering a baby.
It's Alive - Come on; you missed this one? :tongueout:
Alien 3 - Most of an entire movie wasted for one really good scene.
That's it for now.
The Brood David Cronenberg (1979)
Samatha Eggar pumps out lots of freaky babies via a big slimey birth tube - just like the queen in Aliens. Like a good lil' momma, she then licks 'em nice and clean. The babies quickly grow into killer toddlers with no genitals and big yolk sacs on their back. It's all a form of anger management.
Lots of typical Cronenberg yeechy effects in this one. Oliver Reed is in it and so is Felix Silla, 'Cousin Itt on TV's The Addam's Family, as of the kids.

What about Humanoids from the Deep? Lamaze class wouldn't help that birth.
I recall "Howling III: The Marsupials" having a birth scene (sort of) with a pupa Tazmanian weretiger.
Also, a zombie baby comes into the world in "Dead Alive." The main character then takes it to the park and smashes it into a swingset.
John Carpenter's Pro-Life
And I recall in the novel (never watched the movie, but it's probably there) Dean Koontz's The Funhouse had an evil baby-thing that grows up.
the MANITOU(1977) Susan Strasberg gives birth to a deformed Indian medicine man...from her back.Weird!
BRIDE of CHUCKY- Jr. pops out at the end, guarenting a follow-up.
MOM and DAD (1944) Wiliam (BILLY the KID vs. DRACULA) Beaudine directed this road rhow movie back in the day, with a real birth of a baby scene tacked on.It was released by Kroger Babb, and condenmed by the Catholic Church. You would think a pro-life organization would praise a birth movie,eh?
