Just wanted to brag that I get to see a Don Dohler classic tonight!

Oh man. :bluesad: I had no idea that Don Dohler had passed away.
Of course, I can't take a step without hearing about Angelina Jolie ordering a new kid from some import house(and coughing up for expedited shipping!) or more on the apotheosis of Anna Nicole Simpson...the last person I might actually hear about would be Dohler.
I feel a little guilty for listing this film on my 10 So-Bad-They're-Good Films list...though they were based on sincere affection.
Rest in peace Mr Dohler.
I sat down and watched "Nightbeast" about a month ago. The idea that the laser pistol had an extremely high rate of fire was very cool.
Here is the post about his passing when it originally came up:

I won a triva question before the movie: name of a zombie/outer space invasion movie starring Buster Crabbe.

Ahhh...an ALIEN DEAD fan? Way to go!
I actually threw that into my Netflix queue for the hell of it some time back and Fred Olen Ray's commentary was hilarious. Of course, the idea of a director's commentary for that particular film is pretty hilarious in and of itself.
I should have listened to the commentary from that one, got it through netflix too. I was watching the commentary for Biohazard last night. I love that movie, Biohazard needs a review on badmovies.org
