Title: Some Partial Viewings
Post by: Scott on April 15, 2007, 09:01:41 PM
Watched parts of a couple movies this week that I wished I had finished. Was enjoying both of them when I had to go.

THE BAREFOOT EXECUTIVE (1971) (http://imdb.com/title/tt0066811/) -  TCM showed this Disney film about a chimp who could pick the best TV programs. Kurt Russell stars as the guy who discovers his talent and from what I read he uses the chimps natural talent to get a programming job with the TV station. Kurt Russell is very young and a long way from DEATH PROOF and you'll even see a very young John Ritter in this film. Caught the first 30 minutes and it was fun.

NATIONAL SECURITY (2003) (http://imdb.com/title/tt0271668/) - TBS showed this during an Atlanta Brave rain-out the other night. Again I watched about 30 minutes and had a blast watching this comedy even though the story was a bit annoying. They played it again today, but I had to go out again.
