I thought some or all of you might be interested in this so here goes.
A couple friends and I have decided to make a movie review site on Google. The conceit of the site is that every month, all three of us have to review the same movie, using whichever criteria we choose individually. On top of that, of course, we will each post several other movie reviews for whichever films each of us wants. While my partners want to review halfway decent movies, I've decided to make up a list of bad films (like You Got Served, The Cat in the Hat, Glitter, Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever and others) to see if they are really all that bad or if they're better than bad.
So far I have reviews for
Armageddon (1998)
Broken Skull
Going Overboard
John Tucker Must Die
Pieces
and Troll 2
Once we actually set up the site later on in May, I'll give you guys the address if you're interested in stopping by.

Let me set the record straight. I am the one who is conceited on this board (let me hear a group 'AMEN'). I think you are looking for the word 'concept'. :tongueout:
Amen!! :teddyr:
I meant conceit. I'm a pretentious English major.
Conceit
1) Excessive self-esteem or vanity
2) A fanciful or elaborate idea, expression, or metaphor
3) Imagination
4) A small, ingenious article or design

Ayyymen, ayyymen, ay ay aymen, aymen. Thank you, Sidney Poitier. :teddyr:
Good luck with the site, I would like to drop by sometime.
A new bad movie site would be good to see.
I have to admit that I thought you had mistyped when I read the post as well. That definition is just not the first one that jumps to mind.
Being a former English major myself, I knew exactly what he meant. La-di-da-di-dah for me!

Well, based on occupation, I would say that we are fortunate most of my reviews do not involve me either grunting or shooting at the films.

Though I'd imagine that would be a very distinct possibility given the types of films you subject yourself to. It could even be a new rating, below skull of a bullet: "This movie scored a bullet, in that I physically threw the dvd player out the window and blew it to hell rather than face another minute..."
